📦 Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as it is dispatched.

🚚 Delivery Timeframe:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier partner logistics, and unexpected conditions (such as strikes or natural events).

🌍 Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on orders below ₹499.

📦 Delivery Partners:
We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and India Post to ensure timely and secure delivery.

📌 Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery status anytime.

🟢 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every Bhudevam Naturals product you receive. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Return Eligibility:

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
• Damaged, wrong, or defective products are eligible for free replacement.

🚫 Non-returnable items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original method of payment.

🔄 Exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us with clear pictures at support@bhudevamnaturals.in or call our customer care number listed on the Contact Us page.
