Return Policy

At Bhudevam Naturals, we value your trust and aim to provide you with the highest quality natural personal care products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
   You may be eligible to return a product if:

• You received a wrong, defective, damaged, or expired product
• You report the issue within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

❌ We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Opened or used products
• Items purchased during a sale or under promotional offers
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery

2. How to Request a Return
   To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

• Order ID
• Product name and reason for return
• Clear photos or videos of the received product (in case of damage or defect)

3. Refunds
   Refunds are issued only for eligible returns. After the returned item is received and inspected:

• If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• For Cash on Delivery orders, you may be asked to provide bank details for the refund process

💡 Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
   We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a replacement, please follow the return process, and once your return is approved, you may place a new order.
5. Cancellations
   Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Damaged / Missing Items
   In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide unboxing videos or clear pictures as proof
• We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, based on your preference and stock availability
