Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• You have received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product.
• The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
• The request for a return or refund must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, our team will get in touch with you to confirm its receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Replacement Option

In case of a Damaged/Defective/Wrong product, customers may choose to receive a replacement. Once the returned product reaches us, a new product will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Refund Timelines

• Standard refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
• Refund method will be the same as the original payment method.

Refund Modes

• If Paid via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking:
  The refund will be credited to the same account/card within 4–10 working days after approval.
• If Paid via Cash on Delivery (COD):
  The refund will be transferred via NEFT to the customer’s bank account. Customers will need to share the following details:
  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • Branch
  • IFSC Code
  • Contact Number
